Little games, frequently itch.io games. They're short, but I think they're neat.
9:05 - A free text-based adventure. You've overslept, and better hurry up and get out of the house. It's a game where it's best not to say too much, and I'd encourage you to go play it yourself - it really isn't very long, but I love the storytelling.
A Mortician's Tale - Less of a game and more like a short interactive experience contemplating death. A death-positive game, not a horror, you play as a mortician in a frank but empathetic look on death and the funerary process.
Fostering Apocalypse - A short post apocalyptic game about a woman who adopts the child demon who has been summoned to start a second apocalypse. While I wish the game were longer, it's a great narrative experience with characters that I love.
TELEFORUM - Surreal found-footage analog horror in which two journalists enter an apartment to interview their late coworker's wife about a tragic incident - and the mysterious tape which seems to be involved.
It Goes On - a free platform game playable in browser. Creative way of using game mechanics to tell a narrative.
Routine - Specifically, the itch.io game. It's somewhat horror, and a little hard to explain, but since it's pay what you want I highly encourage you to go check it out for yourself.
